Coronavirus & Empath Intuitive

Okay - so, all of you are aware of the coronavirus. Even those that don't watch the news can't help but have it in your face everywhere you go. The public areas already were a pool of overwhelming energy, and now they are full of heightened emotions & fear. What we have been seeing is an enormous amount of collective energy that is being absorbed by the empath. Some of the messages I've received from others are below:

Lack of sleep

Chest pressure

Waking up anxious

Headaches

Stomach issues/lack of appetite

Dirty feeling/itchy

Weighted/Heavy feeling

Irritability

Feelings of impending doom


Even if you are a "homebody," what tends to happen is the collective energy is so intense and so heightened that you can pick-up on it even subcousiosuly, and it's affecting you.

What can you do - to feel better!?


Salt bath (if medically advisable)No tub? Get a foot spa and soak your feet in Epson salt.


Shower Cleansing/Meditation (letting energy not serving your highest good go down the drain)


Grounding! Take a walk or go outside, hug, or sit up against a tree, put your feet in the dirt.


Crystals! Black tourmaline, clear quartz, black obsidian (also, ref: crystals for grounding & heart chakra) Pink quartz (we need more support for healing & love right now)


Call-in & ask source/god for unconditional love to come down through the top of your head and imagine it going throughout your body.


Drink more WATER!


Chamomile, lavender or passionflower tea helps with anxiety.


Return to sender! Ask that all energy not for your highest good return to the sender & call back all your energy clean and healed.


Anxiety wreaks havoc on the immune system - try to boost it with things like elderberries.


Energetically clean your home - start releasing the energy you bring home every day from outside. Open windows, sage, palo santo, dragons blood incense, or use Florida water.


If your mind goes straight to anxious thoughts, write them down, release them from your body, and replace them with something positive. Try to break the washer machine of constant worry.
