Who is Nina?

About me

I'm here to hold space and support others in reconnecting to source energy & balance their mind, body & soul. I mentor people on how to tap into their heart-space so they can discover their truth & authenticity and live heart-led. I help empaths and those sensitive to energy embrace their gifts, discover who they are, step into their power, and LOVE themselves as much as they love others. I help energy light leaders and practitioners, move past the dogma, and step deeper into their unique magic and healing abilities beyond the modalities.

I was very tuned in at a young age to others energy and emotions. At the time, I didn't know how I was doing it; I just did it — that pure connection as little children that we didn't question. As we get older, sometimes we disconnect and become programmed to trust logic instead of our heart & intuition.

As I grew up, my first job in my teens was not fast food but rather a doctor's office. At that time, I realized that people were not healing from their ailments entirely from medicine alone. I was always drawn to alternative medicine but, at the time, had not made the connection between body, mind, and soul.

I started a deeper dive into energy and received training in many different energy healing modalities. However, in the last couple of years, I'm discovering something much more profound. An even deeper connection to the soul and self. The ability to tap in and to heal past the modalities. I started to notice the dogma within the "spiritual" community that things have to be a certain way. I disagree and believe that we have exceptional, unique ways to heal that is within our heart space. And, the more we live and work authentically from the heart space, the more connected we are to higher sources of information and unique ways of healing ourselves and holding space for others healing.

Your energy completely guides my sessions. Although being trained in many modalities, I don't solely rely upon or stick strictly to modalities. I'm guided by higher sources of energy and your unique energetic pattern to solve your unique energy healing equations. I stand firm in my integrity, and will also share with you what other practitioners or different ways of healing may benefit you based on what I hear or see in while in your energy. I desire for people to fully reconnect and remember who they are on a soul level, to achieve balance, peace, and to heal.

My core beliefs below:

I believe perfection is an illusion. There is more beauty in your authentic self, then striving to appear "perfect."

I believe that tuning in and being aware of your energy is vital.

I believe being sensitive to energy is a gift and not a curse.

I want racial EQUITY. I want more love (higher sources of love-without separation) and social justice. Spiritual and racial bypassing are not okay. I don't believe in being quiet or minimizing the experiences of others. #nowhitewashing or #spiritualbypassing

I believe that true healing doesn't stem solely from a modality, but based on the vessel or conduit operating from the principle of love.

I'm passionate about going deeper within - expanding my heart space and helping others to do the same.

I believe you can go beyond the books, the instructors, the ego-mind, and bring to the surface the special magic that resides in your heart-space.

Empaths have a superpower or gift, and you can step into your power and learn to truly help people without draining your energy.

I desire all to fully trust in their magical special sauce and have the courage to share it with the world...YES! Just typing this gives me chills.
