Is it Intuition or ANXIETY?

Is your intuition always right?! What I've discovered while working with others is many times we will say something is intuition, but it's causing us extreme anxiety. We may even feel validated in our anxiety and fear because of an intuitive hit, and our intuition is never wrong - right!?
Well, what if it's not intuition? Those of us that have struggled in the past with anxiety may find that "intuition" makes it worse. In that case, we need to determine if it's genuinely intuition.
Intuition typically feels neutral, expansive, detached, without having a highly emotional charge to it. It doesn't create extreme emotions of anxiety and fear. If you feel overly anxious or fearful of the future with a closed down feeling, chances are it's not your intuition.
If you have a gut feeling not to go somewhere or do something - listening can save you from an undesirable experience, possibly even your life. But, learning how to distinguish between your intuition and anxiety is a good practice to get into and can save you a lot of confusion and fear.
If you wish to have a reading. I'm still doing online sessions while in-person sessions are still closed. Message me to let me know how I can support you!
