Do YOU know who YOU are?

I believe being our authentic self & tapping into our unique magic is how we have the most significant impact on our healing and that of others, BUT what I hear most from people is "yeah, but Nina, I don't know who I am."

"I'm able to see how wonderful everyone else is, but when it comes to me, I feel..."

I don't know enough.

I'm not good enough.

I don't feel anyone wants to hear what I have to say.

I'm not unique; I'm just like everyone else.

I feel like I'm a bother or a nuisance.

I don't want to be seen.

I don't think I can do this.

I'm not that gifted.

Many of these people were raised to be seen and not heard. Conditioned to "disown themselves."

Learned they're not important. Taught they should always put other people's feelings above their own. And, the time they did try to individualize themselves, they felt isolated, ashamed, alone, outcasted, and as a result, got back in line, back to the "comfortable, safe zone."

The time for empathic healers to step up and discover/remember who they are as people & healers is now! The time to go within, trust, and rely on our internal wisdom to guide our lives & work is now. The call to go within our heart-space & embrace our authenticity is going out now.

I'm opening up for the first time a six week 1:1 coaching container for those wanting support on their journey from awareness to action.
